Comprehensive Mold Remediation
What makes Pure Nebraska different?
Traditional Approach
Demolition
Traditional methods of mold remediation involving saws, hammers and days of labor to tear out portions of your home are, in our opinion, outdated for most projects today.
After demolition there’s still the expense and hassle of rebuilding. On top of the high cost and hassle, you’re left with only a portion of your home treated.
Our Approach
Demolition-free
Our patented two-step “Dry Fog” process safely destroys microscopic mold spores both in the air and on surfaces (like walls, furniture, and carpet) and prevents their return.
The whole process takes a day or less, at a fraction of the cost charged by most competitors. Remove mold and prevent it from returning by spending less time and money.
How does the Pure Nebraska Process Work?
Our unique "dry fog" process safely and effectively sanitizes and protects every surface.
Step #1: Disinfect with InstaPURE
We begin by disinfecting all surfaces with a safe, non-toxic yet powerful sterilant called InstaPURE.
We apply it through what we call a “Dry Fog” with droplets 6 times smaller than the diameter of a human hair. Millions of these droplets hit surfaces and bounce rather than breaking and getting them wet like a normal fog.
Our “dry fog” with InstaPURE disinfects every surface it touches, and it contacts more than twice the area affected by wiping, electrostatic sprayers or other foggers
Yes! While lethal to mold, germs and harmful microorganisms, the EPA-registered products we use in our process are non-toxic and pet-safe.
Did you know that mold travels with the airflow of your home or business? Where your air goes, so go the mold spores.
Our dry fog process treats the entire indoor living space for mold, including HVAC ductwork.
If there are concerns about mold in wall cavities, we just insert a small hole and inject fog into the wall cavity.
If air in your basement exchanges with air in the rest of your home, you need to treat the whole living area of the home. Spores travel where air travels. It’s really that simple.
We can service most homes and buildings from start to finish in a day or less. The home will need to be vacant during the fogging process. This means people and pets will need to leave in the morning and return later the same day.
If everything is dry and drywall isn’t physically deformed, we can eliminate mold without any demolition, saving you hassle, time and money.
No. Prior to your scheduled treatment we’ll send simple instructions to help you prepare which will include how to expose belongings to the dry fog.
Yes.
We not only guarantee our work but also provide a one-year warranty under these conditions:
- an entire indoor living space is treated and
- all moisture problems are resolved prior to treatment and do not reoccur
The warranty is void if moisture problems are not resolved prior to treatment or reoccur after treatment.
